News about Travel Document.

Will this changes apply to applicants who filed I-131 prior to March,5? I suspect they will. :(
 
I applied for RTD like 11 months ago I think. so far, no RTD. I wanted to travel last FEB 2007 but it never arrived. Now I don't want it till FEB of 2008. I hope it takes another 11 months to receive it.

So rediculious!
it takes one year to get RTD that's valid only for one year?

I wish I am rich so I can sue this USCIS to thier knees!
