News about I-485

So many positiive reponses? tens of thousands of ppl are in the criminal databases?

That sounds scary, since you really can't see what's going on there even if you're innocent!
 
Does anyone know how many applications INS send to FBI? till which RD?

It's a mystery when did INS send your G-235A to FBI, when officier begin to adjudicate your case or during the time your case is waiting for officier to pick up....

But you still don't know if you're among those tens of thousands of applications.
maybe you're still in the backlog at FBI
or backlog at INS.
 
I don't think anybody has to worry as the memo says it is 485, asylum,citizenship cases, that is a huge database. and among that only tens and thousands....,unless you have done some serious crime.
Frankly, I didn't even hurt an ant( just joking).
 
Frankly, what I don't understand is if it's tens of thousands checks made or tens of thousands having problems.
 
We do know that the FBI has recently sent a CD to INS containing positive responses on over one-half of the I-485, asylum, and citizenship applications in the backlog. This CD contains the names of tens of thousands of applicants. Therefore, in the near future we should see a big jump in the processing dates for I-485s. one-half of the I-485, asylum, and citizenship applications in the backlog. I understand that one half means good news, only problem is how many breaks will the INS take in between just to do the checks.
