Newly landed help needed

Hi,
Can anybody tell me what all things I need to apply after landing and how to do that.
I just landed in Dec 2002.
I have already changed my address online so home they will email me the PR card.
Do I have to apply for SIN card or number and medical card ?

1) If you not landed yet,
Apply for PR Card and SIN card at the time landing , The corrospondance address must be Canadian Address.The mail your cards to the canada address.

2) If you are landed already or recently and not staying in canada,

if you did not applied for PR cand SIN cards, Still you can apply for PR card outside of CAnada and for SIN card , if you are applying outside of canada , you need to send all orginal documents to them .Also the corrspondance address must be Canadian Address.In this case , they will mail SIN cards and but PR Cards you have to collect them personaaly( re-check, i am not sure for this case).

3) Allready landed staying in canada

Apply for PR Card and SIN card at the time landing , The corrospondance address must be Canadian Address.The mail your cards to the canada address.
