I noticed LUD change for my 140/485 couple of days now. As per members experience, change on both is not a good sign. Just waiting to hear from them.

How long is it taking from this officer to get the reponse after replying to the RFE.

Frankly speaking i donot know am still waiting, mine is confused case coz i have query on 485 but query relates to 140. My luds on 140 have not changed from day one but my 485 luds change quiet frequently and am EB3.

i do not know wether i belong to 140 forum or 485 called couple of times INS
they said i have to wait till the processing dates.
