Hi, my name is dunga. Can someone please answer this question for me? My girlfriend came here almost four years ago using someone else's name, we have two kids (USC). I will be eligible to apply for citizenship in December of this year, however, I wanted to know if there's anyone that has been denied citizenship based on the facts that he/she spouse is illegal? The reason I ask this is because I'm planning on marrying her very soon and I wanted to know if I get married before my N-400 application, can it be denied? Or should I wait until after I've received my citizenship to get married, thank you?
