Newbie question about EAD

Could somebody enlighten me whether EAD would allow me to work for more than one employer or freely switch companies. I'm a dependant applicant of a EB2 GC case. My EAD application was received on Aug 20 and a RFE was issued last week (don't know why yet). Your help is highly appreciated.

If you are a dependant and you have EAD, you can work any number of jobs (parttime, fulltime) , any number of hours (parttime,fulltime) and anyfield of work (sofware, accountant,admin/clerk etc). For all work purposes you are as good as a GC holder.

If you are a primary applicant then you need atleast need one fulltime job + any other partime jobs. The Job title, Salary and Job description should match the details as mentioned on the LC.
