Newbie - Non-Rir Case status

I am a newbie to this site. My Labor processing priority date is 18th Nov, 2002.
It was filed in EB-3, Non-RIR, from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am still waiting for the approval. Can anyone please give an update of current processing status from Dallas BEC ?

It seems like almost everyone here on RIR .
Really , please, if anybody has any information on what is going on with non-RIR cases , let us know .
