Newbie needs help

Just finding my way around got tired of waiting Original filing 11/26/05 code 2 & code Bio 03/11/06 and since then nothing. Just found about about LUD last night and checked entry date 03/14/06 but no entry about what happened that date and no emails as requested Can anyone give me a idea on what is happening and what I need ro do :confused:
 
It is really common to have a LUD a few days after your biometrics appointment. It may be nothing more than book keeping. You need to tell us what you filed. Are you waiting for an AoS interview, employment authorization (I765), or travel authorization (I131)? There are several threads here that will give you an idea of how long others have been waiting for these things.

Had a code 2 & code 3 ASC Appointment for I-765 and 1-485 on 03/11/06 Fingerprinted and photo and interview all were completed I am waiting for both to be approved and to be sent to me have heard nothing on this

On 11/27/05 I filed a I-130 , I-131 , I-485 , and a I-765 on 03/11/06 I had a ASC appointment code 3 on the I-485 and a code 2 on the I-765 ON 03/14/06 there is LUD on on the I-765 and on the I-485 but no explaination as to what happened I need the I-765 and am trying to find out when it wil be approved an sent to me I hope this helps to explain what I have done so far

Did you get a RFE (request for evidence) from USCIS? If not, you should be able to make an InfoPass appointment at your DO (discrict office) so that you can get an iEAD (interim employment authorization). You should be eligible since it has been much more than 90 days since you filed. Actually, what is your ND (notice date)? It does not matter when you filed. The ND is what matters. Your ND will be on the receipt notice for your I-485 and I-765. If it has been more than 90 days since your ND and you did not get any RFEs, then you can get an iEAD.

I am agree with Running...check your receipt date and if has been more than 90 days, make an INFOPASS and go with your receipts. But is important to know if you received a RFE because sometimes that delays the process. When you make your INFOPASS there is a part that you can choose if it's for EAD.

Request for info

NOTICE DATE 11/23/05
On 12/07/05 request for info on the I-485 medical records sent the records and had a code 3 ASC appointment for I-485 on 03/11/06 nothing on the I-796 had a code 2 ASC appointment for I-796 on 03/11/06 Just made info pass appointmnt for wed 05/31/06 for iead
