3. date you recvd int. letter (who recvd. it)
4. Int. date
5. Int. exp (if you have already posted this then pls. point to the link)
6. Did you have to do medical and FP again?
7. Is there a tel. no. to contact Newark?
8. Why was your case transferred - any special reason?
