I have an I-551 stamping appointment at Portland, OR, which unfortunately happens to be my previous address. VSC said that I can get my stamping done at Newark (my current address). My question is, can I go on Wednesday which is the day for scheduled appointments at Newark or do I have to go on any other day and wait in line ?
