Newark PP Stamping: Do I have to go on Wednesday?

My I-485 notice says I may go to the Newark INS office for PP stamping on
" Wednesday from 08:00am - 12:00pm ".

Are they open for PP stamping only on Wednesday? Can I go there on
Monday instead?
