My family and I had a Interview at the local office in Newark 01/08/08.
Here are the details:
1.Index finger was printed and a form signed.
2. We were asked to stand and take oath.
3. My degree certificate, latest pay stubs (6), passport, I94(white) , letter of employment was verified.
4. My wife's passport marriage certificate was verified.
Asked whether we lived together. I showed the bank statement.
5. My kids passport and birth certificate were verified along with the I94 . He took all the I94's.(white).
Since the date was not current, he stamped a pending stamp on our passport.
The whole process took 45 minutes.
We were worried a lot because my initial year's W2 did not have a decent amount but he did not ask for any W2's.
Seems easy once it is done.
