Is there a phone number for Newark INS where one can find out the status of their interview call?

No body picks up the number that is given to us in any of the local INS offices. I don't know why.

WE can only wait. And by the way, since your Transfer Date is End of February, generally Newark NJ schedules interviews with in one month of the date of transfer. Did your attorney receive the transfer letter from the Vermont Service Center?

Yes he did and I just asked him to fax it to me. I am just so frustrated with this whole process. I got a local INS # from AVM in INS but when u call the number the msg says it has been disconnected. Well I guess I just got to wait and watch.
