The nasty bait-and-switch (in)action by USCIS and DOS is getting some media attention. New York Times posted an Opinion article on the nastiness USCIS and DOS imposed on the Law-Abiding, Tax-Paying, Social Security Contributing, Economy Contributing, Talented, Legal immigrants.
