And I am pretty damned sick of INS not moving it's fat ass.
Hope this week is better and shows some good action. JIT moving fwd. is a good sign though .. but .. u nevah know.
 
I think we can hope for INS to move somewhat forward this week on. Hopefully they have resolved all the issues that had cropped up with regards to security checks and software upgrades.

Though I don't really pay too much attention to JIT these days, it is like the JIT has a life of its own and has no relation to INS processing dates. I would prefer to see hardcore approvals on either RupNet or here.

I have a double frustration..

RFE received by lawyer on 11/20 and I submitted all docs to him on 11/21 and still the rfe reply has not been submitted it has been over 3 weeks now ! :(
 
We should forget about any I485 approvals in December. Let join in the celebration of Christmas with INS.

I know how you feel about lawyer inefficiency. My lawyer took 6 weeks + to file my bloody 485 after I sent them all the documents and begged them to file it.

This was after 2 months of asking them to file concurrent 485 and I140. They had to file my 485 when they did because my 140 went through so fast.

But as far as your RFE goes, it is good atleast your case has reached a IIO. And once those twits reply to the RFE, you should be set! :)
