it looked like for a couple months that VSC was processing new H1\'s with a date of 02/11/02...I now looked at shusterman . com and it shows that they are processing 02/20/02!!! and that\'s as of June 3rd...can someone confirm if they found processing times on a different site, Thanks

I received an RFE on March 15th. Replied to it on April 5th. I took 2 months to get the final approval. After RFE it used to take only 2 to 3 weeks to get final approval but now things have changed. Moreover we had to call them atleast half a dozen times to get my case approved.

My notice date was 10/31/2001
RFE date 03/15/2002
Approval date 06/07/2002 (Thank God)
It took 7 months for me.
