New VSC Procecc Dates

Do you guys all think the new process dates are acurate? Well, the reason I asked is that I filed concurently for I-140 and I-485 in December of last year

RD 12/03/2003
ND 12/05/2003

and at the same time I filed for I-131 and I-765 with same RD and ND.

The new process dates indicates that
for I-131 they are working on ND 12/10/2003 and
for I-765 they are working on ND 01/20/2004

However, my case status and profile say last updated date for all these forms is 12/08/2003


Any thoughts or comments?

You should initiate an enquiry once it appears they are more than 30 days beyond your ND.
