New Visa Bulletin out - Eb3 may retrogress further

It seems that the current level of demand keeps up, then the EB3 dates may further retrogress and some categories may even become "unavailable" !

So if the visa number becomes "unavailable", can we still apply for EAD and AP? Please reply

if you already applied 485 then YES you can renew.. If not you have to wait for the date to become current to apply 485 and EAD AP

I have already applied for I-485 last year. So I guess I will be renewing the EAD and AP documents for years to come...if visa numbers retrogress for EB-3 and/or become "unavailable".

Well, its better than waiting for the PD to become "current" and then applying for 485...
