Hello every body.

I am a new guy on this forum and a victim of TSC. I was bowing on internet for a good site for immigration info and I found this very interesting site and thus came a member. It is much botter thant isn.org what used to browse for info.

Ok, Here are my details:

Processing started in nov 99,
485 filed in July 2001 (EB3 - IND)
Nd 28-aug-2001
FP 8-15-02, INS got the results back in nov 02.
3 EADs, 2 APs & waiting for 3rd one for approval

approval?????:confused:

From the dates it looks like your case is currently right into the approval melting pot.

However if your last FP date was in Nov 02, your FP have expired (FP are valid for 15 months). Call the USCIS 1-800 number and ask to redo the FP. This might speed up the processing of your case.

I think gingibi is right..if u had ur FP done in 02..it must've expired long back..if it were in 03 u probably will see an approval soon..call the 1-800-## to ask abt ur FP..

I too hope that mine will be approved soon....

I did my FP on 15-aug-02 and BCIS got the results back on 20-nov-02. So two weeks back I called customer service dept. and the rep. said my FP is good until 20-FEB-2004 . I hope he is right. So I guess BCIS count 15 months from the day BCIS got the results back and not from the day it is done.

Just wait and see......
