The novelties I noticed are that at least for N-400 and N-600 they have divided the form into two pdf files, one for instructions, and another one for the application itself. I am not sure, but I think it used to be in one pdf before (I could be wrong).
Another unwelcome novelty is that the pdf containing the application opens with an error about the barcode. That doesn't give much confidence that the generated barcode is valid. I am sure they'll notice this soon, and hopefully they'll fix it soon too.
