I will be an US citizen soon(waiting for the Letter of Oath Ceremony).
After been a citizen, I want to apply GC for my spouse immediately.
When I had the Citizenship Interview,
the IO has copied Marriage Certificate already(registered in US).
We married in 2003, and she is still living in Singapore.
Questions are,
1)I have to apply GC for her in US or at US Embassy in Singapore?
2)What form that I should use?
3)Due to the project, we plan to live in Singapore for next 3 years....Can my spouse get GC now, but still live overseas for 3 years?
