New updates for I -140 -- CP

I see lot of co current 140/485 , late 2003 cases getting approved in a year.

Does anybody know what is happening with I -140 -- CP cases.
Are they getting low priority over co current cases.
Now a days I do not see many I -140 -- CP approval.

Does anybody has any updates about it?
