Today, I did an InfoPass thru the local INS office. The officer who was helping me was shocked (literally) when he saw my history of waiting and jerking around. He said "hold on sir for a min.". Left and came back and asked me to meet him at a different window, and boom! I was introduced to the On Duty Officer who was very sympathetic. Che chatted w/me for a few minutes and was very friendly and polite.... and boom, went in and came back w/an appointment letter to come back in 2 weeks for an interview, she said if all goes well, then they will stamp me. I asked about RTD, and if I should sent my apps. to Nebraska, she said "when you come back next time bring your pix and we will take care of that right here".

THIS IS A VERY TRUE STORY! I AM STILL IN DISBELIEF!!!!

I will update you on the interview! Please pray for me...... :eek:

CAN I ASK YOU WHAT IS SPESIAL ABOUT YOU/YOUR CASE?CAN YOU POST YOUR ND , BIO , ETS TIME FRAME????

INS lost my file several times since I first applied for asylum in 92 (yes...10/ 1992). Was not interviewed until 97, and the file was lost again. 2 RFIs, and then the file was xfr'd to a local office in May 05. FP in July 05. Current processing date at local office is July/05 which means they skipped me again..

Need I say more?
