Here is my detailed RFE

Experience: Submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary possesses the foreign expeience listed on the Form ETA 750 (Application for Alien Employment Certification). In addition, please provide letters, contracts and pay statements to verify the beneficiary worked for the listed employer. Evidence of prior experience should be submitted in letterform on the previous and/or current employer's letterhead showing the name, title and phone number of the person verifying the information. This verification should state the beneficiary's title, duties, and dates of employment/experience and number of hours worked per week.

nOW where will i get the pay statements from my indian guy. as per my records i have just one pay statemnt ....
also what do they mean by please provide letters, contracts and pay statements to verify the beneficiary worked for the listed employer. what should i give ???????

Exp Letter

I know that my friends submitted the roles and duty statement by getting there friends from the prvious company sign the letter. Also, you can submit it on your current employers letter head. So my suggestion would be to enlist your experience and job related duties on your company's letter head and get somebody to sign it from your previous employer.

-- This is just a suggestion.. Consult your lawyer for specific information

Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

We have many threads running for Texas I140 and I485 cases. Don’t you think we can save time and efforts by posting only to one thread for all our questions and concerns for I140 and I485? I propose "Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker" to be the common thread. Do you agree with me?
