2. We got married oct 2, 2006 in the Philippines.
3. My GC was approved. (resident since sept 29, 2006)
4. I filed I-130 for my wife last dec 2006.
5. My application was pending at california service center.
My Question:
1. Am I on the right track?
2. Just checked out July update from USCIS and noticed the I-130 for permanent resident spouse is gone. Do I need to panic. Pls help anyone.
