New to I-140....plz help

Hi guy,
This forum has been my lifeline since I started my Labor process back in 2002. I got my Labor approved recently (EB3- CA) and the lawyer has applied for I-140. I read in other thread that you get emails from the service center regarding your cases. How do I register for that? Also you can call the center to find out about your case. I have my case number but don't know how to get the emails of if I want to call, what the number?
I know for me its just real recent but if someone can elighten me, would appreciate it a lot.

and check the Email update option to receive updates via email.also you can check your case status on the above link.
