I just got my 140 approved yesterday (on AVM -- don\'t have a confirmation letter yet). Let\'s say I file for my 485 sometime next month, how long does the process take, assuming that the priority dates remain current (my PD is 9/00)? I fall under VSC. Live in NJ and work in New York City. Any inputs will be appreciated.
