New TN1 for New Employer

Hello All, I am new to this forum and need feedback for the documentation I am planning to send via mail to change my employer for the new TN1 under the same category. Please provide feedback whether I should add or remove any of these documents. Also, in the petition it says that my current status is TN1 although last day at last job was almost a month ago and the expiration date for the status I have used is the i-94 expiration date and not 60 days from the last day at job. Hope that is correct.

- Original offer letter
- 129 petition signed by employer
- Copies of degrees and certificates
- copy of passport
- copy of front and back of i 94 of the last TN1
-Last 2 pay stubs from the last TN1 job
