I hope the dates have advanced for all states. For CT, it has moved from Nov 14,2003 to Jan 10,2004. I hope they won't roll it back within a week or next month.

for me, unfortunately, it does not matter anymore, since my application RP date is way past due. i am one of those cases stuck in the "name check" line...
