New thread for those who sent AOS packet after May 20th 2005

Hello,

I sent my AOS packet (I-130, I-485 & I-765) on May 19th and the chicago lockbox recieved that packet on May 23rd. I recieved the USPS certified mail card on May 30th.

Now just waiting for the checks to be cashed and recieve the NOAs.

If anyone is in the same situation and submitted the documents in the same time frame I did, lets keep each other updated about the things going on.

F1 married to USC October, 2004
Mailed the packet 485/130/765 to LockBox May 14, 2005
LockBox Received on May 18, 2005
Checks have been cahsed June/08/05
NOAs have been received June/13/05

EAD expiring June 14th, 2005
Taking a leave of absence until renewal EAD is received

Hello,

Here goes my timeline:
Checks Cashed Today :) 06/16/05 (Day 24)
AOS received 05/23/05 (Day 3)
AOS packet Sent 05/21/05 (Day 1)

My bank scans the front and back of the checks to view them online, I got the NOA numbers on the back side of the checks. All start with MSC tried to check for online status...says its invalid entry. Well this doesnt bother, for now i am happy to know the checks are cashed and the file is moving:) I might get the NOAs in 2-3 days and then i will check the case status again.
