When you submit RFE, its all over. You will hear about your approval within 1 month or at the most in 10 days after the change in AVM ("RFE recieved...."). Hence no worries for you.
Others
keep an eye on approvals of your State filers along with the RD and ND dates near to your details. If you feel all three are almost a match, then one may hear an update about the case within 30 to 60 days for sure.
IIO on July 19th told me that they are exactly working on my case and I may hear within a week about the RFE or decision made by them. I expected something within 30 to 60 days as it did not happen after 2 weeks also. But got approved on 26th Aug by which I am suggesting you people.
Don't become panic. Around the same date of July 19th, RameshTendulkar and Venati also called and also got more or less the same kind of information from IIO as I got. But by today, only Venati is waiting in our three. So expecting Venati's approval within 2 weeks from now. Similarly also others.

I am an August 3rd Filer waiting too. I called IIO first time 2 weeks back she was very nice. She told me that you case is pending review and it can take either 2 days to 2 weeks until we come to a descision. But thats just an estimate. Well 2 weeks gone now and not approved yet. Hope to here somegood news this week.
