New Theory of CSC operations

My wife has analysed the PCee list and come up with a theory

She says most of people who have been approved without rfe in last two weeks are
wac-01-269 and less

This leads to the theory that CSC organizes files in the adjudicating room by batches
of 10\'s and imagine the following

the cases which are adjudication ready (FP done and background check over) are sent to
adjudication filing room

They are organised in batches

240-249
250-259
260-269
270-279

The officers go to the adjudicating room and pick the file from the earliest batch
and when that batch is over pick from the next batch etc etc

So This is the reason why cases of WAC-01-270 (Notice date August 29 2001) and beyond
have not been picked up yet.

I expect them to be picked up in the next week or two

I feel that the WAC number is the criteria for sorting and batching the files in the
adjudicating room.

Any comments

rsrgc,

As per info from IIOs and past discussions we do know that there are monthly shelves. We don\'t know if it depends on RD or ND. But based on data I am convinced that it depends on ND. And as you know ND has close relations to WAC#. My speculations is until all cases in current month are finished process won\'t move on to next month. Right now INS is processing Aug (based on ND) and will move on to Sept only after finishing Aug cases.

In your wife\'s theory I don\'t see any thing to support that INS follows WAC# in batches (some thing like ten at a time)! By the way note that there are several approvals with 01-270, 01-271 recently (with Aug ND). Also approvals are distrubuted all accross Aug ND.

but the number of 270 and 271 cases who have been approved are not present in PCee list

There are a lot of approvals of people who are not present in the PCee list and when we look at the PCee list a lot of approvals are in the 260-269 range.

But I am 01-262 still waiting

rsrgc, I hope your wife\'s theory is correct. That way I might be close to approval.
