My wife has analysed the PCee list and come up with a theory
She says most of people who have been approved without rfe in last two weeks are
wac-01-269 and less
This leads to the theory that CSC organizes files in the adjudicating room by batches
of 10\'s and imagine the following
the cases which are adjudication ready (FP done and background check over) are sent to
adjudication filing room
They are organised in batches
240-249
250-259
260-269
270-279
The officers go to the adjudicating room and pick the file from the earliest batch
and when that batch is over pick from the next batch etc etc
So This is the reason why cases of WAC-01-270 (Notice date August 29 2001) and beyond
have not been picked up yet.
I expect them to be picked up in the next week or two
I feel that the WAC number is the criteria for sorting and batching the files in the
adjudicating room.
Any comments
