New SR response - Any guesses?

I have received a response for the SR I logged on June 18th. A weird response considering I am stuck in name check and visas are gone till Oct. I also contacted ombudsman one month back and he wrote back saying I will hear back from USCIS in 45 days or else write back.

Dated July 16th

Your case is under review and you will receive a decision or notice of action in 30 days.

"Everytime I try to get out they pull me right back in"

Any comments.

Inspired by get_gc04 I called NSC thru POJ

Officer: How can I help you?
Me: I need to know the status on my case
O: Call USCIS we don't give status
Me: My case has been pending for too long and I have opened a SR
O: When did you file for 485?
Me: Jan 2005
O: Oh! Whats your receipt number
O: The case is under review by officer
Me: What does that mean? Is my name check clear?
O: For it to be in that area I think it is
Me: So when will I hear something
O: 60 days

High likelyhood of approval

My request through our local Congressman resulted in a similar response that it is under review and will be adjucated within 30 days. I got approved a week after the letter came (AD 7/10/07). My PD was 03/02 and RD was 12/04. My case was transferred from CSC-NSC in April 07. Best of luck
 
Please excuse my ignorance. What does the acronym POJ stand for? How to do it? I need to open a SR too (for 485 that is stuck in NSC since 01/2005 allegedly for "name check"). What number should I call for it?

I don't know what it stands for but it means bypassing the customer service who don't know jack and getting hold of an Immigration officer to see if they can answer something meaningful. If opening SR is all you need then just use the regular method and talk to customer service
