I just got my state labor approved and my federal will be approved soon, I am from India ( Chennai Consulate) and wanted to know if it is better to go through consular processing or concurrent especially with the new rules i read about on murthy.com saying immigrant visas will be approved on a filing date basis.
If any has more info on this, would really appreciate it.
