New Rule - TSC customer service phone number!!!!!

Hi Guys,

I just tried calling TSC. After 45 minutes dialing and 5 mts hold I got the following message

"The customer service calls will be processes thru National Visa Service Center"..(Yes, the useless 1-800 number). The message gives us this number and then hangs up.

Did anybody else expereinced this?? I really need to talk an IIO as I am still waiting for my FP notice for the past 22 months
 
Yes the exact same thing happened to me two weeks ago. When I called the second time I choose the spanish option and was able to get through to a customer rep who spoke English as I believe most of them do and he told me the same thing that in future I need to call the 1 800 number. In anycase try again the same 214 number you just might get lucky

calling this number is useless

I called this number and spoke to a. They give some general bull. She asked me to contact TSC directly for specific questions.
