New Rule Public Charge

Hello,

Is there anyone who can explain proposed rule public charge? We have been living in the US for 4 years. We used Obamacare, when we got it only 1.5 years. After our income increased, we have not applied it. Does it effect my citizenship application?

No, it does not affect naturalization. It does not affect green card holders at all even if they travel abroad, as long as they don't stay out for 180 days or commit crimes. Also, the rule does not consider Obamacare or Obamacare subsidies.
