New RFE

I got a RFE on 2/4/3 (RD 8/01).
Is the RFE sent to me or my lawyer?

RFE to applicant and lawyer???

I thought the RFE will be sent to both lawyer as well as to applicant. Is that true.. Guru's please share your experiences.

INS sends RFEs only to lawyer. It happened in my case also.

INS sends RFE to the address you specify in I-485 for correspondence. I got my RFE on my home address. One needs to check with his/her lawyer about the address they specified while filing I-485.

Laid off

Thanks for the input Guru's... What happens if the applicant laid off... got another job in similar job classification, and the RFE goes to the old lawyer? and the lawyer doesn't cooperate?

Say your prayers and contact INS.

Talk to the lawyer and dangle some carrots, he will cooperate.
