Since USCIS changed to flexible RFE response time. Has anyone noticed the change in their cases? How many days usually TSC gives on 485 RFE nowadays?

Its not 'strictly' 30 days, USCIS gives you 90 days to respond to an RFE, see USCIS website. I got an RFE last Oct 07 with due date to respond Dec 07. The RFE letter which your lawyer receives will indicate amount of time to respond.

I understand USCIS is flexible in RFE response times now, -- it used to be 87 days by law. I just would like to know the most common response time they now give on 485 RFE. Collection of this information would be helpful to many people here.
