New reply from CSC on I-140 status and name check

Today I received reply to my inquiry on I-140 status. They asked me to ignore the previous reasons (name check pending, waiting on RFE on 485, and ETA-750 missing) and said that my application should be approved in the next few days and an approval notice will be mailed out. I hope they keep their word. My RD for I-140 is 4/14/05.

I had also asked if my name check is done. They replied that my name check came back with a hit (I believe due to my DWI) and so my case will be forwarded to the district office. Does this mean my name check is done??

My I-485 RD is 4/14/05.

How the enquiry was initiated, through lawyer or you send email. How long did they take to respond

May I ask the category and type of your case and LC ?

I thought only my lawyer or employer can make inquiries on 140
and USCIS do not like frequent inquiries.

Oh Well, I guess USCIS replies do not appeared to have helped you
much anyway until approval.

I hope you get 140 approval soon.

I sent an e-mail to CSC for inquiry and asked them why I was getting three different reasons for I-140 not approved.

you could be getting 485 appoval too very likely...

No I wont get 485 approval. I will get transferred to the district office for interview. And by the time I get interviewed, the retrogression will be in effect so I will have to wait till my PD (May 2002) is current.
