New processing times but nothing has changed

I bet there is some sinister purpose in not advancing the dates on their reports.

I was just checking their I140 dates as well. I recently got mine approved in the EB2 category. My ND was March 10 2003 and my case got approved May23. However- the reprt is shwoing they are still stuck on Feb 6 ( which was the same date on the May 15 report)

I guess as we see news of people with later dates getting their approvals on this forum and on rupnet- we get a slightly more relaistic picture of what is going on.

Anyway... in my short but very enlightening experience with the BCIS- I have learnt not to rely on these dates.
 
Hello!!The world is going forward but NSC is going backward...See the EAD dates and you sure will know that...
