New Processing Time

About as unfair as this
I happened to check TSC processing times over the last 2 years
September 01: I485 = 1/3/00
August 02 : I485 = 9/1/00
August 03: I485 = 12/1/00
Obviously TSC has no intention of working 485 cases.. just keep coming up with excuses ... TPS... religious blah.. blah.. Why not just release processing times for 485 every 2 years ?

Difference between 08/15/2003 & 07/31/2003 Processing Times:
I-485: unchanged at 12/01/2000
EAD: 07/02/2003 (concurrent: 05/21/2003) to 07/14/2003 (concurrent: 05/27/2003)
AP: 02/19/2003 (concurrent: 03/04/2003) to 03/05/2003 (concurrent: 03/21/2003)

Ours is non- concurrent. The latest, TSC processing time says that they are processing 03/05/03. That's just lie.
Since it passed 180 days, called to NCSC on 08/20 and expained the situation and she told me that she will send a request to TSC for the Status Inquiry. Just waiting...

Can you please do us a favor and let us know what questions did they ask you when collecting information from you for sending a status inquiry ?
It will be a great help to us if you please post that info here.
I am also about to reach 180 days for my case.

On 08/20:
They have asked for the Full name, Alien number, Date of Birth, Address, Date time phone number and alternate phone number.
Today, after seeing at the latest processing times, I have called NCSC at 8:30 CST.
NCSC: What is the receit number:
Me: SRC-03-098-53xxx.
NCSC: Are you the applicant?
Me: It is my wife's application.
NCSC: I wanted to talk to her.
Me: I am calling from my work place. She is at home.
NCSC: We have to talk to the applicant for the Status Inquiry.
And you can not give her details. Sorry. Have a nice day.
I called second time at 9:55 CST.
NCSC: What is the receit number:
Me: SRC-03-098-53xxx.
NCSC: Are you the applicant?
Me: Yes.
NCSC: We will send the Status Inquiry to TSC and we need the
details from you.
Me: No problem.
NCSC: Our records show that you have already called for the
Status Inquiry in the last 30 days. (I have called on 08/20).
Me: Now TSC updated processing times. They are working on 5th
March and mine is 20th Feb i.e 15 days earlier than the
current processing dates. Please send it one more time,
please.
NCSC: The system is not allowing me to enter anything. You have
to wait for 30 days for the next Status Inquiry. Sorry. Have a
nice day.
May be I should have waited for the latest processing times. Since it passed 180 days and I called them on 08/20. That's my mistake. I do not know what to say about it ?
