if the whole purpose of their releasing these dates was to fool us applicants, then they seem to fool themselves because by releasing these numbers they made it possible for those who applied before these dates to make official case status inquiries and to legally insist that their cases be considered.

well, a lot of sept, 2000 cases are waiting
my ND is before 12/1/2000 too. I called NSC, the IIO told me to wait. We are dealing with NSC-INS.
