New Processing Time: RD 11/15/2001; Really???

I have seen many filers having RD before that date. Can we get together to see how many of them got approved?

My RD is 11-03-2001, with EAC02-056-53***

I ran the script for EAC02-056-53400 to EAC-02-056-53699 last night. Less than 10% of them were found approved. Also majority of the approvals were in 2002, which may be the follow-to-join cases.

What's going on there?

INS terminology: By Receipt Date, they mean Recipt "Notice" Date i.e. ND in our terminology, not our RD (= "Received" Date).
