New Processing time is back???

The New Processing Time is coming, NSC is still in Mar,01,2004,but the TSC is back to Aug,01,2001??? what happen? Maybe for the MarchWave, so many people got approved??? Anybody has your idea??

Whats going on out there in TSC? How come they went back again to 2001? Its not usually practical. Once they said they finished the applications until August 1, 2003. How they can go back 2 years and said 2001. It must be some technical mistake.......:confused: :confused:
