dont think too much about it guys otherwise you will get frustrated...just enjoy the weekend, i know its hard but dont hurt yourself by thinking about these dates....just think all the good things you have--- Healthy life, family, happyness, bla bla

What can I say, I've been waiting forever for it to pass 30 days after my RD, so I can finaly issue the inquiry.

npnjan02, I hear you...hopefuly, it will change in a couple of weeks, and just so things will be as they are supposed to, hope your case is approved int the mean time.

Have a nice weekend,

If you keep telling your boss "no progress" on your project over several months, I am sure you will be fired. So how can NSC still business as usual?

No work progress.. more money..

If they don't show any progress for months and people are going to file their renewals for EAD and AP.. and it will generate revenue for them. ..If they approve the cases they will loose that money..

The processing reports are a waste of time. It does not reflect whats happening. We all know that there are 485 cases much after the date posted that are being processed. We also know that it is the most random process right now. RD does not matter.

I think we have better perspective of the situation just by following this forum and by exchanging our own information. Don't waste time looking into the reports. The report is for the worst case scenario. If you are Jan 02 then it helps you raise an inquiry.

Cheers

this is f&*%ed up. We all need to contact our senators/congressperson and complain about no change in the processing date. we can't stay quiet and expect them to hear our voice. and by the way this is how i approach my senator and the case worker was nice enough to make sure my case get assigned to an officer right away. see the following thread:

I am wondering how they reach the goal that by the end of FY 2004 the processing time will be 20 months. USCIS has been lying...

So sad. Don't know when we can get the approval. It has been more than two years for us by now. -RD/ND 8/22/02

I think they already reached the goal of 20 months for few filers, so they are not lieing....
Don't expect quality work from some egnorant officers with maximum education is high school or 6 months degree, especially when they process your file and they found that you make 5 times at least than what they make and you are just immigrant with accent (that how they see us).

I485SEPT03, I am not sure they have. the processing date did not move one bit for the last 6 weeks. In fact, it has not been updated sine 8/18. I am not sure what is the source of AILA.org data, but can say that NSC did not finish 20 months backlog. Even if the fiscal year ends on 9/30, I do not see them processing all cases that are 20 months or older by then. They are processing more cases now, I will give them that, but they are far from completing processing cases that are 20 months and older.

best,

I opened a thread in CSC 485 issues asking them if they really get approved in less than 20 months and if the processing date of march 2003 is reliable and i got many filers tell me CSC are lieing and they are 2001 and 2002 pending no RFEs even...
so I prefer not to belive these days...
