New Processing Dates - VSC

Alrite, who is in the same boat as i am with ND:01/29/04 EB3 and VSC is currently processing Feb 27, 2004 cases. Who's not approved and planning to do a status inquiry? I am definitely thinking about it because it's almost past 30 days!

I guess I will wait 2 for weeks for the next update before inquiring. Whats 2 more weeks, rite? something mite happen between now and then. hopefully! ;) :rolleyes:

Only the sponsoring company (or a law representative of the employer) can initiate a case referral on 140.

What does the sponsoring company have to do to initiate such a query? Can they do it via email or do they have to call the 800 number? Does initiating a query really help?
