I am just glad to see progress. I think all of us should be happy that the dates have moved, whether a single case is processed from that date or all cases are processed really is secondary. I think the dates moving is the single largest relief which honestly gives all of us a fighting chance!

Just to put some light on this Dates problems, the new dates posted on 22nd seems to be correct, as a matter of fact the one pblished on 17th had problems and AILA ( American Immigraion Lawyer Association) has pointed that out ..look at this news at thier website published on 21st:

Only 36 I140 cases were approved between 08/01/2004 to 08/21/2004. It's such a good evidence of CIS's random processing, because the RDs ranged from Mar 2002 to Jun 2004.

Seels like Governer Arnold has himself taken guns against the pending cases. It should not be a Mistake, because remember the system is automated with the cool LUD and stuff. Remember that nobody got their Labor cleared in the duration just gone by from California. In fact people from CA were filing from other states. So it seems, other States have more No of cases to be Processed than CA. So BadaBhai predicts that everybody from 2003 CA will get their GC by November Elections.Tathastu.
