I have the feeling they don't change it for a reason to prevent a lot of calls.

RTD advancing - at least that

now they are processing 12-13-05 - sign that is taking a bit over 4 months instead of 6

my request for RTD was received by them on 12-15-05 - it has not been approved yet, but maybe I will get online confirmation next week, hopefully.


I am trying (hard) to see something positive here - REALLY TRYING!
