New Priority Dates for EB3

New visa bulletin is out.

Priority Date Moved to april 01, 2002 for EB3 - (India, China, Philipines)

I am surprised. isnt the USCIS going to use the AC21 act to use the unused visa slot from other countries. i was hoping the date would move further than that.

I guess unused visa slot from other countries will be available to retrogres countries at the end of the fiscal year..So, we might be able to see jump probably in the month of July-August..
