New Physical Card Issuance

On USCIS Case Status Service Online I found this message:

"If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283"

Is the above statement reasonable. Or one of the false promises? :p
How fast are people in the forum receiving cards nowadays? Sorry, I was away for a while.

And is there any other way to track "the Card" ?

Unless you have got the WC, No. But normally when you get the WC, the plastic is to follow in a week or so.

People have been getting it in < 60 days.
